Analeigh M. Otis LMT
I am a Washington Native. I was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula. At the age of 5, my Aunt began asking me to walk on her back, or dig an elbow in her sore muscles. Since then, I realized I enjoyed making people feel better. As the years progressed my Aunts "oh my gosh, that feels great" comments became more and believable. In high school, I played Volleyball and I was a Cheerleader. I also participated in athletic summer camps. I would give massages to other athletes and I would watch their whole game improve. At this point, I realizes Massage Therapy was something I wanted to do professionally. I spent my senior year touring far more Massage schools than I did other colleges.
When I became a mom, I put my massage dreams on hold for a few years. I took the plunge, I moved to Port Townsend to attend Port Townsend School of Massage where I received 650 hours of training that included Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, Clinical Injury Treatment, and Deep Tissue work.I enjoyed my small class and incredibly involved and caring instructors. They provided me with a well rounded education where I developed a passion for learning about the body and its ability to heal itself.
I have taken continuing education with Therapeutic Healing Touch, as well as Prana Work.
I am thrilled to be apart of a caring and rewarding career in Bodywork.
